Around 10% of the population of the United Kingdom receives fluoridated water, about half a million people receive water that is naturally fluoridated with calcium fluoride, and about 6 million total receive artificially fluoridated water. Scotland and Wales are not fluoridated (yet) but approximately six million people in England live in areas that have drinking water that is polluted with fluoride.
