Wellness Purication and Volcanic Mineral Enhancement

It is exotic volcanic minerals that give Wellness water it’s naturally clean, refined, delicate, and healthy qualities. Two main processes are involved: Purification, where toxic contaminants are removed, and Enhancement, where water is purified further, and then enhanced with healthy structural and energetic and trace mineral characteristics.
The purification and enhancement functions of Wellness volcanic mineral process are described in part below.

Bacteria and Virus Protection

The Wellness Filter utilises a .01 micron Nano-Ceramic which removes 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.99% of viruses, such as E. coli, Giardia, Cryptosporidium The exterior nano-ceramic wrap keeps viruses and bacteria from contact with the carbon. NSF Certified Chemical Protection – The Wellness uses an NSF certified carbon block, which effectively reduces Chlorine, Chloramines, Cysts, THMs, VOCs, MTBEs, Asbestos, Lead, Mercury, and other contaminants.

Patented KDF

Is a high-purity, granulated copper and zinc-based alloy uses oxidation- reduction to induce an electro- chemical reaction in which electrons are transferred between molecules. Many harmful contaminants are changed into harm- less components. The result is the reduction, neutralising or removal of chlorine iron, hydrogen sulphide, and some micro-organisms. Heavy metals, such as copper, lead and mercury react and are more easily captured by the carbon and volcanic sand medias. KDF media is used in the Home fillters.

SPG Volcanic Sand

Bacterial Protection: Provides a precise filtration barrier that removes suspended solids such as asbestos, dirt, rust, sediment. It also prevents contamination from bacteria and cysts, as well as E.coli, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia. Adsorbs trace heavy metals, and combines with carbon media to remove toxins like MTBE, PCBs and pesticides. Due to its ow restriction rate, SPG Sand is used in the Wellness Home filter only.

Magnetite Stone and Ceramic Magnets

Powerful magnetic field (over 4,000 gauss) that gently cleanses waters energetic structure and reorders water’s hydrogen bonding angles, erasing the harmful electromagnetic frequencies of
contaminants that are left behind after filtration. As a result, the restructured water has a lower internal surface tension which enhances the water’s solubility, resulting in water that is more bio-available with enhanced hydration qualities The increased solubility allows the water to hold an increased level of dissolved substances, and prevent existing dissolved solids (calcium) (i.e. calcium) from plating out (thus performing an anti-scaling function).

Far-Infrared Emitting Ceramic

Composed of rare Tenko-seki mineral, resulting in a natural ionisation that produces the highest quality negative hydrogen and hydroxyl antioxidants. Helps to detoxify the body and is believed to aid the body in fighting degenerative disorders. Has been shown to produce negative oxidation-reduction potential. Oxygen and electrolytes are further stabilised. Depending on the formula for the ingredients used to make the ceramic, the concentration of negative ions produced can be adjusted, thus allowing for a range of water properties for specic applications.

Bakuhan-seki Mineral

Creates naturally enhanced water with unique structural properties that contribute to a mountain-spring quality water. Removes harmful substances and imparts Angstrom-sized minerals (silica, potassium, and magnesium, calcium). Bakuhan also possesses anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, that when combined with the beneficial Angstrom (sub-micron) sized minerals which are slowly released into the filtered water by Bakuhan, leads to a very healthy and rare type of water.

Bakuhan-seki was certified as an approved medicinal at certified levels in powdered form (oral or skin applications), dissolved in water, and for use in water filters for drinking and bathing, by the Japanese Ministry of Health Drug Approval Division, on October 15, 1995.

The Ministry of Health uses Wellness Filter® water in their hospitals and in many of their approved health bathing spas. (Note: Because the Bakuhanseki mineral stone is designated as a medicine, treatments in health spas are covered by Japanese Government medical plans.) The Bakuhan mineral adjusts the water to a stable alkaline pH, increases dissolved oxygen, removes harmful substances and enhances the taste of the water. It will also remove lead, mercury, and chromium from tap water. It imparts trace Angstrom size minerals (silica, potassium, and magnesium).

Taicho-seki Mineral

Imparts unique bio-static properties that work to suppress micro-organisms and inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, fungus and algae in filtered water and within the filter housing itself. Also works to neutralize any remaining pesticides or chlorinated organic by-products. Approved by the Kitazato Medical School of Public Health, Tokyo, Japan as a “natural disinfectant”, because of its properties to greatly inhibit the growth of fungus and bacteria.

Taicho Mineral

Is used in all Wellness Filters. On December 15, 1990, the Kitazato Medical School of Public Health in Tokyo gave its approval for Taicho mineral stone as a “natural disinfectant”. The Medical School’s studies found that water treated by Taicho mineral stone creates an atmosphere that slows down and even stops the growth of fungus and bacteria including staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, aspergillus niger, myrothecium verrucaria, trichophyton interdigitale, and candida albicans. This mineral also removes iron, cadmium, and many harmful substances in tap water.

Quartz Crystals

As the final enhancement stage, this specially fashioned quartz micro-ball media further improves the wetting aspects of Wellness water while also contributing to an enhanced taste.

Silica

Silicates compose about 65-70% of Bakuhan mineral. Known for its characteristic of expelling the natural minerals contained within it when contacted with water. Bakuhan mineral imparts trace silica into Wellness filtered  water. 

Silicates and other minerals are now known to perform vital structural and functional roles within cells and tissues, including the transport of small ions, minerals and electrolytes (i.e. hydrogen, sodium, calcium, magnesium). Silica also encapsulates hydrogen atoms and their hydrogen ion antioxidant properties, protecting them from the acids of the digestive system until they are transported and made available to the body at the cellular level.
