Returns Policy

If you need to return a product under our Money Back Guarantee policy or for another reason, please read and follow the procedures below to ensure that the product is safely returned to us, and so you will qualify for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund you must notify us by email within ten working days prior to the expiration of the Money Back Guarantee period as determined from the date of recorded receipt of your product.

Once an email is received, we will contact you within 72 hours to arrange for the return of the product.

Products being returned must be in an original undamaged, unmarked and ‘as new’ condition, with original packaging and must include all accessories, under sink adaptor kits, and other items as applicable. We will at all times retain the sole and exclusive right to determine a products eligibility for a refund and the company may deduct charges or deny a full refund for products and accessories that are either missing, damaged, not in original condition or packaging or irreparably soiled.

Return Procedure

Once a return has been authorised we will advise you of a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and we will either post or email you a Postage Paid Australia Post eParcel label. This label should be affixed to the packaged product being returned and dropped off at your nearest Australia Post outlet.

Products must be lodged with Australia Post within ten days of you being advised of the RAN and receiving your Postage Paid label. Where possible, all products should be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. If the accessories are not included, only a partial refund will be applied.

Return Acceptance Procedure

Do not return or post products to us without following these procedures. Products returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Failure to follow these procedures may result in your product being lost in transit or ineligible for a refund. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen goods in transit that has not been authorised for return by us.

Processing Refunds
Once products have been returned to us and are certified as being eligible for a refund your account (cheque, EFT, credit card) will be credited the full refund applicable.
